Operations
Stream Energy Partners' flagship operating asset is the Big Escambia Creek field and gas plant in Escambia County, Alabama - a conventional oil & gas asset covering over 33,000 acres producing from the Smackover formation, with integrated on-site sour gas processing, NGL fractionation, and elemental sulfur recovery. The field was discovered in 1971 and historically produced at peak rates of 50 MMcf/d and 4,000 bbl/d of condensate.SEP acquired the asset in 2025 and is executing a phased restart, workover, and re-drill program, while evaluating the potential for substantial additional drilling locations across the field. We are moving with urgency and discipline to restore production at Big Escambia Creek and plan to consistently run rigs in Alabama again, reactivating drilling activity in a basin that has been largely underinvested for years.The plant's 50 MMcf/d of processing capacity, originally sized to match the field's peak production, provides substantial runway today for organic development and a natural anchor for regional consolidation. We are actively evaluating bolt-on opportunities across the Gulf Coast.
